Coached practices are held year-round. Schedule will change slightly according to the season.

NCC offers coached programs for all members of our community, from novice to experienced rowers.

Current Practice Times:

Competitive Crew

• Saturday: 6:30 to 8:30 a.m.

• Sunday: 7 to 9 a.m. (combined practice)

 Recreational Row (Everyone is welcome!)

• • Saturday: 8:30 to 10 a.m.

  • Sunday: 7 to 9 a.m. (combined practice)

  • Tuesday: 6 to 7:30 a.m.

  • Thursday: 6 to 7:30 a.m.

  • Friday: 7 to 8:30 a.m.
