Learn to Row sessions are for adults who are brand new to rowing. Our summer session includes six, 2-hour classes plus one session with the Recreation Group. Parking at Davies Beach during class time is included. Sessions take place at the NCC Joe Rantz Boathouse – Davies Beach- 10508 Chapel Hill Rd, Lake Stevens, WA 98258
